Alfredo, Goat Cheese, Pasta & Chicken – last night’s Dinner.

An easy go-to for dinner – Isaac loves tri-colored pasta, so it’s always a win at our house!

We used “Wacky Mac” tri-color bowtie pasta (bought at foodlion)

Chicken: we just cook it in a pan, or on a grill pan , using “roasted garlic & herb” seasoning.

Alfredo Sauce: cream cheese, Parmesan (& Romano) cheese (grated &/or shredded) , milk/heavycream/halfandhalf (your preference of thickness) and usually we add minced garlic – but last night I used marinated [goat cheese] chèvre ! It was the PERFECT addition to our Alfredo – I will be using it from now on!!
